My Story
I spent 23 years climbing the corporate ladder in marketing, eventually becoming an EVP at an advertising agency. From the outside, I had it all, the title, the salary, the respect. But behind closed doors, I was falling apart. My hair was falling out. I couldn't sleep. I developed a rare vocal cord condition that made me sound like I was about to cry in every meeting. I burned out twice before I finally understood that working harder wasn't the problem. My patterns and identity around work were the real culprits.
After hitting rock bottom, I hired a coach who changed everything. She showed me that burnout wasn't a badge of honor or a personal failing. It was a wake-up call. I learned to disrupt the people-pleasing, the overfunctioning, the guilt that kept me trapped in cycles of exhaustion. That transformation led me here, helping high-achieving individuals break free from the same patterns that nearly broke me.
